Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the first day of the trip. Within 30 days, deposits are generally non-refundable, as we must pay the guide for the “lost” day. We may choose to make an exception if we are able to re-book the guide. If the trip is cancelled and we are not able to rebook the guide(s), the deposit may be applied to another trip to be taken by the end of the following year. If you are concerned about the possibility of a cancellation, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance.
